SHIPPING & RETURNS

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All orders will be dispatched within 1-4 business days, once the order has been shipped, it will take between 7-22 days to arrive to arrive at your destination (depending on destination country, this could take slightly longer, please see the delayed order section bellow) 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping.  Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

If your order ever arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with an image of the damaged order, we will offer to replace the broken goods, or if that doesn't suit your needs, a refund can be processed. 


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?


If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery, if an order is not received within 30 business days, please contact us and we will issue you a refund.

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at: cushionbarn@outlook.com  If your return is accepted, we’ll give you our return address and we can start the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
